Hilton Foods Poland opened in 2006 and is located in the Upper Silesian city of Tychy.

We are proud to deliver a diverse range of meat and fresh food products to five high-profile retail customers in seven Central Eastern European countries.

Our flexible meat processing and packing business has the capability to produce high volume, premium and first-to-market products to meet the constantly changing consumer needs in the local market.

In 2019, in line with emerging trends and the Hilton Food Group strategy, we extended our established core business with a new, state-of-the-art, fresh-food production facility to complement and build on our extensive food market expertise. We are constantly searching for, and investing in, the latest technological developments to create the perfect environment for our team to produce innovative, high quality and value-for-money products for our customers and consumers.

Our facilities are complemented by a dedicated team, who are trained to the highest food industry standards and who collaborate for continuous improvement. This diverse and highly experienced team produce a unique range of products for multiple customers across a wide geographical area.

Today, we employ over 800 people to support the factory through multiple shift patterns and to ensure the optimum service level, quality and flexibility. Our rapidly developing business model facilitates career development opportunities as we constantly strive to harness and improve our strength and expertise.
